Oaklee Housing Photography Competition 2022. CALL FOR ENTRIES

Hard to believe it’s that time of year again. With Halloween done and dusted, we’re already thinking about Christmas. With less than two months to go to the big day, we’ve started preparing for our Christmas greeting card and, of course, the Oaklee Housing Tenant Forum 2023 Calendar.

For the last 2 years images for both the card and the calendar have come from the winners of our now annual photography competition. The number and standard of entries has been incredible and has resulted in a truly exceptional and utterly unique calendar which we are proud of. 

We are delighted, therefore, to launch the Call For Entries for the Oaklee Housing 2022 Photography Competition. Once again the winners of this competition will feature on the pages of the calendar with one being chosen for  the design of the cover as well as for our Christmas eCard and website banner.

As always the competition is open to tenants and staff of Oaklee Housing and again, this year, we are looking for images that reflect the seasons, from spring to summer, through the autumn and into winter.

The photographs must be taken by you, and by submitting them into the competition you give us the right to reproduce these images in any of our publications both on line and in print. 

Each of the winners will have their image published in the 2021 calendar and this year, we've increased the value of our prize, so our successful photographers will also get a €100 voucher and a framed copy of their picture. 

So, now’s the time to go through your camera and find that winning entry. Just a reminder, entries are only accepted digitally and it must be a high resolution image otherwise it won’t print correctly, so 1MB or larger.

To enter, just send your entries to communications@oakleehousing.ie before close of business on Friday 2^nd December 2022

Entry Criteria

• By submitting your photograph you are giving Oaklee Housing full rights to use the image     both in print and online as it wishes.
• The competition is open to all Oaklee Housing residents and their families.
• You can enter this competition as often as you like, but each entry must feature a different picture.
• Images can be submitted by email – no hard copy prints will be accepted - as jpeg and must be of sufficient quality and high enough resolution to print (Greater that 1mb in size)
• Your images must be saved with YOUR NAME and the PICTURE TITLE
• All images must be received by 5pm on Friday, December  2^nd 2022.
