Private balconies on every apartment extend the living space outdoors, while landscaped grounds and pathways create a well-finished, welcoming setting for residents and visitors alike.

What it will offer residents

A secure, long-term tenancy with Oaklee, not a short-term let. Rents are set to cover the long-term cost of delivering and managing the homes, so they sit below open-market rents for comparable homes nearby.

It's a home you can settle into, in a community Oaklee will still be part of long after the last home is handed over.

Donabate is a coastal village that still feels like one, a place where community matters, the beach is a short walk away, and everything you need day-to-day is close at hand.

Donabate's village centre has the everyday essentials, shops, schools, cafés and services, all within easy reach, so daily life doesn't mean long journeys for the basics.

Newbridge Demesne offers parkland, woodland walks and open green space right on the doorstep, giving residents room to relax, exercise or spend time outdoors without leaving the area.
