We’re upgrading our housing IT systems. As a result, some services will not be available between 3pm on Friday 18th July and 9am Monday 21st July.
What’s happening?
To develop and improve how we deliver our services, we are upgrading our housing IT systems. The upgrade will start at 15.00 on Friday 18th July and will be completed by 9am on Monday 21st July. During this time, all calls will be answered by our usual out of hours call handling service. During this time, although you will not be able to speak directly with our housing and property services teams, all calls will be answered by our usual out of hours call handling service.
Can I still report a repair?
Yes – you can report emergency repairs only. To do so, please ring our out of hours service on 01 400 2650.
Can I pay rent?
Yes – you can pay rent via our website, oaklee.ie/payment
Can I e-mail Oaklee?
Yes – you can e-mail us at servicecentre@oaklee.ie
If I leave a message, when will you contact me?
If you leave a message with our out of hours service or send us an e-mail from 3pm on Friday 18th July to 9am on Monday 21th July, we will respond to your message by 5pm on Wednesday 23rd July.
