Oaklee is delighted to announce the successful acquisition of 47 high-quality homes in Cherrywood, South Dublin – marking a significant step forward in our mission to deliver more social and affordable housing across Ireland.

The homes, located in one of Dublin’s most vibrant and well-connected new urban areas, will provide secure, long-term housing for individuals and families in need. This acquisition forms part of Oaklee’s wider commitment to addressing housing demand through sustainable growth and strategic partnerships.

Commenting on the announcement, Sharon Cosgrove Oaklee CEO said:

The acquisition aligns with Oaklee’s continued efforts to support the Government’s Housing for All plan, contributing to the delivery of safe, energy-efficient, and affordable homes across the country.

We look forward to welcoming new residents to Cherrywood and continuing our work to build inclusive, thriving communities.
