Our Governance

We promote and embed the highest standards of accountability, integrity and probity and set the appropriate policies and internal controls to support our decision-making.

Our Board members bring a broad range of expertise and experience. This ranges from customer service, to finance and property services as well as corporate governance. The Board is responsible for:

• setting the strategy for Oaklee Housing risk control and management
• the achievement of the objectives and performance targets
• ensuring effective systems of governance and internal control
• ensuring that all business within Oaklee Housing is conducted in accordance with the constitution and the relevant legislation and standards set by our regulators.

We continually review and improve our governance standards in line with best practices in our sector, as well as working with our regulator to ensure we continue to meet our statutory obligations.
