Oaklee has welcomed the launch of the Government's new Starter Homes Supports information campaign, announced today by Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, James Browne TD. The multi-media campaign brings together information on five key housing supports designed to help people buy, rent or renovate a home, including Cost Rental Housing.
As an experienced social housing provider for over 25 years and since 2024 also delivering Cost Rental homes, Oaklee welcomes the Government's continued efforts to raise public awareness of the affordable housing options available to households across Ireland. Oaklee delivered its first Cost Rental scheme, The Sidings in Adamstown, in partnership with Evara and with the support of South Dublin County Council, providing 184 new homes, comprising 154 Cost Rental and 30 social homes, in one of the country's first mixed-tenure developments of its kind.
