Service update for Oaklee Housing Tenants

Covid-19 Lockdown Restrictions

From midnight tonight, Wednesday 21st October, all counties across the Republic Of Ireland will once again go into lockdown.

Although the Level 5 restrictions aren’t as severe as those imposed during the first lockdown in March this year, they do, amongst other things, require you to restrict your movements to within 5km of your home and limit your social interactions. For the complete detail of the Level 5 restrictions go to www.gov.ie

Our Services

For the services provided by Oaklee Housing we will endeavour to maintain business-as-usual and will, as best we can, continue to provide our usual maintenance and repair service.

While the majority of the already scheduled service and repair calls will go ahead there may be some that, for reasons beyond our control, need to be postponed. Tenants affected by a cancellation will be contacted directly by our service centre.

Access to Customer Service Centre and Community Hubs

You can still call our Customer Service Centre by phone on 01 4002650 to log a repair or report a fault. For those of you living in our sheltered accommodation, your scheme co-ordinator is still available to you but will limit, except in cases of emergency, face-to-face contact. Our team will continue to be extra vigilant when it comes to your health and safety and will continue to wear personal protective equipment.

Covid 19 Helplines and Community Resources
