As part of our continuous efforts to improve the services we currently provide our residents, we are delighted to let you know that on 28th September 2023 at 12 noon, we plan to enhance our Customer Contact Centre service.
HOW WILL THIS HAPPEN?
In order to improve our resident and stakeholder experience, we have partnered with contact centre specialists, Zevas. Based in the Republic of Ireland, Zevas, will provide us with a dedicated and trained team of call centre professionals, tasked specifically to look after all Oaklee Housing resident and stakeholder calls and queries.
WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU
This improved customer service centre offering means, that not only will we be able to provide you with a quicker answer time, but also that calls will have a more accurate assignment to the right team resulting in a significantly faster response time.
HOW DO I CONTACT THE NEW CSC?
For anyone calling Oaklee Housing, our contact number will remain the same, 01 400 2650. However, on 28th September, as we transfer services from our old service centre to the new Customer Services Team, we are providing an additional number for the day 021 6019 527 to ensure that there is no break in service.
As a team, we are very excited by this development and look forward to seeing the effect this improvement will have on the services we already provide.
