Oaklee Housing has announced the deferral of the 2020 rent review process until futher notice.
2020 Rent review deferral
In line with the Government response to the COVID-19 national crisis, Oaklee Housing has deferred the 2020 annual rent review. This means that there will be no rent increases in the immediate future.
We cannot reiterate enough how important it is for you to continue to pay your rent every month, however if you find that your income has been affected either by the loss of your job or the reduction of your hours, then please, get in touch with us today by either calling the Service Centre on 01-400 2650 or sending an email to servicescentre@oakleehousing.ie
What happens next?
Once you get in touch with us, you’ll be asked to send us details and evidence of your new income either by email to servicescentre@oakleehousing.ie or by freepost to Oaklee Housing, 132 James St., Dublin 8.
When we get this your Housing Officer will make contact with you to discuss and agree what changes need to be made, albeit temporarily, to your rent to support you until such time as you return to employment.
In the meantime, we remind you to follow the social distancing recommendations, practice good personal hygiene and stay safe.
