NAMA's Kevin Alfred Joins Oaklee Housing as Head of Development.

Oaklee Housing is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Alfred as Head of Development with immediate effect. With over 30 years property experience across Ireland and the UK, Kevin joins the team from the National Asset Management Agency where he was a Portfolio Manager and Senior Property Advisor with responsibility for  a number of significant development land sales, joint venture and licence agreements as well high value shopping centre portfolio investment sales with a value in excess of €800m.

Kevin is an RICS and SCSI Chartered Surveyor with Valuation and Planning & Development designations and is a Registered Valuer.
