Oaklee Housing receive dispensations to re-open sites at Ballybough and Athboy.
Now, more than ever, the need to provide good quality social housing is critical.
With reports that up to 35 sites with the ability to deliver 1000 social housing units will reopen, Oaklee Housing are pleased to have sites included in this list.
Our sites at Poplar Row, Ballybough and Milteog, Athboy Rd., Co. Meath, will re-open with the result that the combined number of 54 new homes will be completed by the end of May 2020.
With an additional 46 units, comprising a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom houses and duplexes, already complete and ready for occupation at Westin, Feltrim and Cromwellsfort Rd., Walkinstown, we are proud to be able to enable the transfer of 100 individuals and families from the national housing list and into their new home.
The operation of these sites will be under strict adherence to the HSE and Government COVID-19-related public health guidelines and the recently published Safe Working Arrangements Protocol.
